August Favourites

I can not believe we are in September already! Time is going scarily fast. I have for you today my monthly favourites post, where I tell you what beauty/cosmetic products I have been loving for the month. I managed to narrow it down to 8 this time, I am getting better at this haha! I am sorry that the picture isn't brilliant today.

I will talk about the products in the order they are in in the picture, from left to right:

Barry M Nail Paint in 'Denim': I am in love with this shade! It translates onto the nails exactly as it appears in the bottle and really does look like denim which I think is so exciting. As usual, I cannot fault the formula of Barry M's nail paints, they take days to chip and go on perfectly with one coat. I am giving away one of these in my 250 follower giveaway, so check it out! This is £2.99 from Boots or Superdrug.

Clearasil Daily Clear Vitamins and Extracts Scrub: This is actually the first facial scrub I have ever bought and I have had it for a good few months now so feel I can tell you my opinion on it a little more accurately. I use this daily as my night time cleanser, as the exfoliating beads within the product are gentle enough for every day use. It has worked a miracle on my dry, patchy skin; it has helped to even out my skin tone and I find I am having less acne breakouts. I can safely say that this is one of my holy grail products! I bought this for £3.99 from Superdrug.

Witch Anti Blemish Skin Clearing Primer: I apply this to my face just before applying my make-up. I find it makes my make-up apply smoother and I like the fact that it acts as a protective layer between your foundation and your skin. I haven't been using it long enough to tell you if it helps to clear up my skin, but I must say it is a favourite already despite this. This product is £6.99 from Superdrug but I got it for half price recently.

Miners Blusher and Bronzer Blend in 'Sunblushed': Miners are easily one of my all time favourite make-up brands and this product is one of the reasons why. I have never dared to use bronzer as I always feel I will look too orange, so when I heard Miss Budget Beauty talk about it a while ago, I knew I would have to try it at some point. It is the perfect product for someone like me who is a little scared of bronzer, as you can apply it like blusher and it gives your cheeks a gorgeous sunkissed glow. It has been my go-to blush for August. This is usually £4.99 from minerscosmetics.co.uk, but is currently on sale for £3.99 so get it quick!

Tangle Teezer Compact Styler: Everyone raves about the original Tangle Teezer and I ventured into town to buy one, as my hair is so long now it takes me 10 minutes to brush in the morning which is ridiculous. I spotted this compact version for just a few pounds more, which is of course slightly smaller but comes with a handy 'lid' to protect the bristles of the brush when it is in your bag. It is the perfect size to put in your handbag and fits nicely in my hand, I don't know how I managed without it. They come in a range of colours and designs too! £12.29 from Boots.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in 'Lovesick': I know, I know- we've heard too much about these! They have been everywhere in the blogging world, but I had to give it a quick mention because I really do love it. It feels hydrating and the colour lasts for hours and hours, just amazing for a drug store product. Revlon can do no wrong it seems! This is £7.99 from Boots and Superdrug.

Miners 'The Matte Factor' Lip Paint in 'Peach': I reviewed this product here so I won't talk about it too much, but I am still in love with it and it is still my favourite lip product of all time. I have 2 of these in my giveaway too if you are interested. This is £3.99 from minerscosmetics.co.uk.

Benefit Bad Gal Lash Mascara: I forgot to mention this in my birthday haul, but my boyfriend bought me this for my birthday last month. I already had a sample size and planned to buy the full size so he saved me a job. It is by far the best mascara I have tried, I haven't had a single day where this has gone wrong when applying or hasn't looked amazing so I think it is well worth the high-end price tag. I will be repurchasing in the future, definitely. You can get this mascara for £16.50 from Boots and other stores.

So there you go! Which products are you loving this month?
