January Beauty FavouritesSunday, 1 February 2015 10:00
Today's post is my January beauty favourites. January is usually my least favourite month but it has flown by this year! I found it quite difficult to narrow down my favourite products, but here it goes!:
No7 Instant Radiance Foundation in 'Cool Ivory'- This is my first foundation purchase from No7 and it will definitely not be my last. I actually work for Boots at their head office, so I got this from work for an absolute bargain price. The texture is smooth and easy to blend and the coverage is quite high, despite being classed as 'medium'. It does an amazing job of making my skin look less dull and blurs any imperfections.
Ted Baker Regency Body Spray- This is a gorgeous musky scent, with hints of vanilla and sandlewood. For a body spray I find this scent lingers for a long time, longer than some of my perfumes! I really can't fault it.
L'Oreal Glam Bronze Trio Eclat Soleil in 'Blondes'- I actually got this in a free gift a while ago, but I only recently started using it. Whilst it is aimed at blondes, I find this really wearable. I like to swirl the colours together for a bronzed look, but also love the blush of its own as a subtle hint of pink.
Benefit Fake Up Concealer in 'Light'- This is one of the best concealers I've ever tried. It is a stick concealer with a moisturising outer layer, different to anything I've tried before. The coverage is quite heavy but the consistency is light and creamy, I just love it,
Benefit Bad Gal Lash Mascara- I had the full size of this a couple of years ago and it was my holy grail mascara. I recently got this mini version in one of the Benefit Christmas gift sets and fell back in love with it. I prefer it to the 'They're Real' mascara, I just think it does an amazing job of creating super long lashes whist making them look really thick.
Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette- This is one of my favourite palettes, so versatile and with the most beautiful wearable shades. I won't go into too much detail, as my last post was a full review that you can read here.
Clinique Chubby Stick in 'Two Ton Tomato'- This is just gorgeous in every way! The colour is a perfect red but the colour pay-off is subtle, making it really wearable for every day. The texture is also really moisturising and smooth. I love wearing this shade to work!
That's it for this month! What have you been loving through January?
