Boots Make-up Haul- NYX, L'Oreal, Lip Lingerie, Matte, Infallible

It has been a while since I last posted a make-up haul! I had quite a few Boots Advantage points to spend recently so I took the opportunity to try out some new make-up. I haven't had a splurge on beauty stuff for such a long time, so I was a little bit like a kid in a sweet shop! Here are the products I plumped for:

L'Oreal Matte Lip Paint in 'Red Actually'- £6.99- I'm a sucker for any matte lip product and I love liquid lipsticks, so this seemed like an obvious choice for me to try. From the colour of the tube I thought the shade was going to be quite a deep, red carpet red, but in reality it is really quite bold! The best way to describe it would be as a 'luminous' red. I've only tried it once so far so feel I can't give a full run-down just yet, but watch this space.

L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Fatale Mascara- £9.99- I used to love the original formula of this mascara so I was excited to try this. The purple tube did attract me to it! First impressions of this mascara are great. If you like long, defined lashes then this is definitely the mascara for you. It isn't too heavy on the volume, but I think that makes it look natural and not too over-the-top for everyday.

L'Oreal Infallible Total Cover Foundation in 'Natural Rose'- £9.99- I really like the Infallible Matte foundation from L'Oreal, so I knew I had to try this formula as it claimed to have 'total coverage'. First impressions are amazing- the texture is quite thick, but it hides all imperfections and provides a great base for the rest of your make-up. I'll definitely be posting a comparison between this and the matte formula version soon.

NYX Lip Liners in 'Cabaret' and 'Nude Beige'- £3 each- These were an absolute steal at £3 each! They are basic lip liners with a creamy texture and they make it so easy to create a neat, defined line. The shades I chose were quite different as I wanted one to wear under nude lipsticks and one to wear under my wine/red toned lipsticks.

NYX Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipstick in 'Bedtime Flirt'- £6.50- I've had one of these previously in the shade 'Teddy', which was just way too dark for my skin tone. I chose 'Bedtime Flirt' as it was still a relatively dark nude but had more of a wearable pink tone to it. The formula is great so far- really long lasting and velvety in texture. I'll be posting an in depth review soon!

That's everything I bought! Have you tried any of these for yourself?
